Family-focused reviews and ratings
A quintessential Kyoto Ryokan experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The food was amazing!
Good stay with incredibly friendly staff and amazing breakfasts (though maybe order for one day if you're not used to Japanese breakfasts!).
Wonderful Ryokan with the kindest staff! They even made dinner reservations for us at a hidden gem and drove us there and back!
Magical stay! Ayako-san's hospitality was excellent; felt like a home away from home.
Spotless clean, amazing food, and the staff went above and beyond! Ayako-san and Satoku-san were especially wonderful. A truly nice experience.
